The inspection process consists of a few simple steps:

 

 

· Call to set up an appointment.

 

· Provide a brief description of the property or structure to the inspector.

 

· Our inspector will meet you at the property for a thorough onsite inspection.  Note, you should allow 3 to 4 hours for a typical inspection.

 

· The inspector will record all findings using a portable hand-held computer.

 

· A detailed written report of the property inspection will be provided following the inspection.
