Our chief inspector, Bradley Ondrick, brings a wealth of experience to the responsibilities and role of a home inspector and has 18+ years experience or certification in the following:

· EPA Certified Instructor at Career Technology Center, Scranton, PA; instructing students in basic heating, ventilating,  air conditioning installation, pipe preparation including soldering, and threading of various  piping applications. 

· Hands-on and management experience in the building and mechanical service industry and is considered an expert by many. 

· Served as an emergency service technician and inspector for a leading mechanical contractor in Harrisburg, PA.

· EPA Certified in refrigerant handling

· Wardflex Certified

Construction & Structural Home Inspection’s goal is to ensure that the customer understands what they are going to purchase.  It is preferred and encouraged that the customer accompanies us through the inspection to receive a complete consultation and orientation to the property.
